The Rainbow Centre

The Rainbow Centre provides free and professional support to children and their families affected by bereavement, life threatening illness and cancer.

We offer art, play and music therapy, counselling, homoeopathy and massage therapy. If you would like to find out more about the services we offer please go to “Our Therapies” page.

We are a registered charity and we depend on voluntary donations for 100% of our income. If you would like to help us please go to our “How you can help” pages.

January 2010

Happy New Year.

Given the current snowy weather that’s covering the country our main priority

is to keep our clients & staff safe.  We will take a decision on a day by day

basis to open the Centre. If we are closed we will phone all our clients to let

them know and will also update our answerphone message at 8am each morning.

You’ve heard of the Calendar Girls— well we’ve got our very own set of

Bedminster Boys who’ve produced a Calendar on behalf of the Centre.

Thank you to everyone who bought our Christmas cards this year, they were

very successful and have raised over £1000 for our work with children &

their families.

For those of you who have made a New Year’s Resolution to get fit - it’s not too late to join our team of Rainbow Runners in the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday 7th March. We ask that runners donate £25 to secure their place & then agree to raise a further £175 in sponsorship. Click here for an entry form or contact Angela. All applications must be received by 31st January 2010.

We are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with ploink an

of change to their chosen charities. Once you’ve donated you can also
